All products sold by Heavy Silence are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfilment. This means each product is produced only after an order is placed.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will meet personal expectations or match on-screen representations exactly.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Heavy Silence reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Orders are considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.
Because products are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun.
All purchases are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
Orders are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale or commercial redistribution.
