Shipping policy
Heavy Silence is a print-on-demand brand. Each product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partners once an order is placed. This means production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and print provider.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Please note that processing times may increase during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 10–25 business days
- Australia: 10–25 business days
- Other supported countries: 10–25 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Important notice:
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7–12 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and fulfilment location. Different products may have different shipping rates depending on the print provider used.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
