MADE TO ORDER
Every piece at HEAVY SILENCE is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory, all sales are final. We do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.
DAMAGES & QUALITY ISSUES
· We stand by the quality of our craft. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a significant manufacturing error, we will make it right.
· The Window: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at heavysilence.official@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
· The Process: Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the misprint.
· The Resolution: If the issue is verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
SIZE & COLOR ACCURACY
To maintain our minimalist standards, please refer to the Size Chart on each product page before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for sizing errors.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout.
· If a package is returned to the facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of a reprint/reshipment.
· If a package is lost in transit and the tracking does not show "Delivered," contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
REFUNDS
Once your issue is reviewed and approved:
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method
· Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
We currently do not ship to countries within the European Union.
Therefore, EU consumer return regulations do not apply.
